摘要
目的探讨开闭饮治疗气血瘀滞型分泌性中耳炎患者的疗效及其对机体辅助性T细胞(Th)1/Th2漂移的影响。方法选择2016年8月至2019年7月该院诊治的116例气血瘀滞型分泌性中耳炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组58例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上予以开闭饮治疗。观察2组疗效、不良反应,以及2组治疗前后鼓室压、气骨导差、气导听阈、证候积分、CD4^(+)T细胞、CD8^(+)T细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、白细胞介素(IL)-12、IL-6和IL-12/IL-6水平的变化。结果观察组有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的77.59%(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.90%,低于对照组的22.41%(P<0.05)。2组治疗前鼓室压、气骨导差、气导听阈、证候积分,CD4^(+)T细胞、CD8^(+)T细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IL-12、IL-6和IL-12/IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治疗后鼓室压及CD4^(+)T细胞、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)、IL-12、IL-12/IL-6水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),气骨导差、气导听阈、证候积分及CD8^(+)T细胞、IL-6水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各指标升高或者降低的程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论开闭饮治疗气血瘀滞型分泌性中耳炎患者疗效显著,能够促进患者听力恢复,提高患者免疫力,这可能与开闭饮改善机体的Th1/Th2漂移有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of Kaibi decoction on secretory otitis media of Qi and blood stasis type and its effect on helper T cell(Th)1/Th2 drift.Methods A total of 116 patients with secretory otitis media with Qi and blood stasis type diagnosed and treated in the hospital from August 2016 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Kaibi decoction on the basis of the control group.The curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,as well as the changes of tympanic pressure,air bone conduction difference,air conduction hearing threshold,syndrome score,CD4^(+)T cells,CD8^(+)T cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),interleukin(IL)-12,IL-6 and IL-12/IL-6 levels before and after treatment.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 93.10%,which was higher than 77.59%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.90%,which was lower than 22.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in tympanic pressure,air bone conduction difference,air conduction hearing threshold,syndrome score,CD4^(+)T cells,CD8^(+)T cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IL-12,IL-6 and IL-12/IL-6 levels before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the tympanic pressure and CD4^(+)T cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+),IL-12 and IL-12/IL-6 were higher in the two groups than before treatment(P<0.05),air bone conduction difference,air conduction hearing threshold,syndrome score,CD8^(+)T cells and IL-6 levels were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),while the increase or decrease levels of the observation group were more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Kaibi decoction is effective in the treatment of secretory otitis media of Qi blood stasis type.It can promote the hearing recovery and improve the immunity o
