摘要
数字时代学校教育生态变革主要呈现出知识生产模式转型、教育主体关系变化和教育内外环境迭代三个重要趋势。引发了教师身份从知识生产者转向知识建构者,从教学管理者转向学习引领者,从课程讲授者转向课程开发者。建议从培养多元复合的素养结构、确立平等对话的师生关系、建构和谐共生的教师共同体三种路径实现数字时代教师价值重塑。
The ecological transformation of school education in the digital age mainly presents three important trends:the transformation of knowledge production mode,the change of educational subject relationship and the iteration of internal and external environment of education.It leads to the transformation of teacher identity from knowledge producer to knowledge builder,from teaching manager to learning leader,and from curriculum lecturer to curriculum developer.It is suggested that the reconstruction of teachers'value in the digital age can be realized by three ways:cultivating multiple and compound literacy structure,establishing the teacher-student relationship of equal dialogue and constructing a harmonious symbiotic teacher community.
