摘要
脱欧对英国金融业发展带来一定负面冲击。由于英国丧失了欧盟的"金融服务通行证",其为欧盟经贸活动提供的金融服务下降,英国营商环境也发生了变化。脱欧也同样给英国的微观金融机构、金融市场、宏观经济统计和伦敦国际金融中心排名等带来负面影响。但是,基于英国在金融监管及法律体系、传统业务方面的明显竞争优势,以及掌握着新兴金融业务,英国在全球金融体系中的地位依然重要。脱欧对中英金融合作带来发展机遇,两国可着眼人民币国际化、绿色金融和"一带一路"等方面开展金融合作,促进双边经贸发展,缓冲中英政治外交关系变化的影响。
Brexit has a certain negative impact on the development of UK’s financial sector. Logically, it is mainly due to the loss of EU"financial service passport,"the decline of financial services for EU economic and trade activities, and the changes of UK’s business environment and international relations. These negative effects can be observed from the aspects of micro financial institutions and financial markets, macroeconomic statistics and the ranking of London International Financial Center. However, based on the obvious competitive advantages of UK’s financial supervision and legal system and traditional business, as well as the positive grasp of emerging financial business, UK’s status in the global financial system is still very important. Brexit will mainly bring opportunities to Sino-UK financial cooperation, which could focus on RMB internationalization, green finance and Belt and Road Initiative, and will help to further develop bilateral trade and economic cooperation, and to buffer the impact of changes in Sino-UK political and diplomatic relations.
