摘要
循证实践是指以证据为基础的研究,广泛应用于临床医学、护理学、心理学等领域。研究表明已发表的循证实践研究均存在不同程度的方法和报告学问题,为提高循证实践过程的严谨性,循证实践过程质量评价(Evidence-Based Practice Process Quality Assessment,EPQA)的指南于2013年正式发表。本文对该指南的产生背景、制订过程、条目内容进行介绍,以期为国内研究人员开展循证实践研究提供参考。
Evidence-based practice is based on empirical evidence,which has been widely used in the fields of clinical medicine,nursing and psychology.However,some published evidence-based practice projects still lack rigorous methodological and reporting problems;the Evidence-Based Practice Process Quality Assessment(EPQA)Guideline was published in 2013 for the sake of improving the rigor of evidence-based practice process.This paper introduces the background,development process and items of EPQA guideline in order to put forward suggestions for domestic researchers to implement evidence-based practice projects.
