摘要
医患共同决策(Shared Decision Making,SDM)作为一种新型医疗决策模式,越来越被国际社会关注和重视。SDM在欧美等国家和地区已发展得比较成熟,但国内对SDM的研究仍处于理论借鉴和应用摸索阶段。本文主要回顾SDM的起源和发展,探究其国内外研究现状,并思索其在临床实践中的局限性,为其系列研究做出铺垫,同时为国内SDM研究者全面了解SDM的发展历史及研究现状提供参考。
As a new medical decision-making mode,Shared Decision Making(SDM)has increasingly attracted concern and attention from the international community.SDM has been maturely developed in Europe and the United States and other countries and regions,but domestic research on SDM is still at the stage of theoretical reference and application exploration.The paper mainly reviews the origin and development of SDM,explores its current research status at home and abroad,and considers its limitations in clinical practice,so as to pave the way for a series of research.At the same time,it provides a reference for domestic SDM researchers to fully understand the development history and research status of SDM.
