摘要
循证病例撰写为留学生《循证医学》课程中较难掌握的章节。为探讨适合留学生教学的循证病案撰写方法,对PubMed中1998年以来发表的52篇循证病例报告的撰写特点和格式进行了分析。在此基础上,提炼出教授留学生撰写循证病例报告的两种基本格式。一种由介绍病案和实施循证医学五步骤等部分组成;另一种由前言、介绍病案、提出临床问题、方法、结果、讨论和结论等部分组成,其内容也包括了实施循证医学的五步骤。整体而言,两种撰写格式各有所长,建议留学生根据自己的喜好选择。我国医学生撰写循证病例报告时也可借鉴该格式。
Writing evidence-based case report is a difficult chapter for overseas students in the course of Evidence-Based Medicine;hence,we aim to explore the format of writing evidence-based case reports for overseas students,by analyzing the writing characteristics and formats of 52 evidence-based case reports which have been published in PubMed since 1999.On this basis,we extracted two basic writing formats.One consists of introduction,case report,and the five steps to practise evidencebased medicine.Another format consists of introduction,case report,asking questions,methods,results,discussions,conclusions,etc,in which contents also include the five steps to practise evidence-based medicine.In conclusion,these two writing formats both have their own advantages;we suggest that international students choose the format according to their own preferences.Besides,the format can also be used for reference when Chinese medical students write evidence-based case reports.
