摘要
[目的]探讨住院病人着衣厚度对血压测量值的影响。[方法]运用澳大利亚循证护理中心(JBI)循证卫生保健模式,收集血压测量时衣物厚度对结果影响的证据,进行证据综合及证据传播,对护理人员展开系统培训,并将证据综合结果运用到临床实践,进一步检测循证护理实践是否能为解决临床问题提供依据。[结果]住院病人测量部位衣物厚度≤5mm时不影响血压测量的准确性,并且在保证衣物厚度≤5mm时,病人自身血压水平及血压计类型均对测量结果不产生影响。[结论]运用循证护理实践为血压测量时衣物厚度提出明确建议,允许衣物厚度≤5mm时测量血压以缩短操作时间,减轻护理工作量,提高护理服务质量。
Objective: To probe into the effects of inpatients′ clothing thicknesses on blood pressure measurements. Methods: The evidences of the influences of clothing thicknesses on blood measurements were collected by using the evidence-based health care model of evidence-based nursing center in Australia(JBI).The evidence synthesis and evidence disseminati on were carried out,and the nursing staff were trained systematically.Finally,the comprehensive results of evidences were applied to clinical practice to further test whether evidence-based nursing practice could provide basis for solving clinical problems. Results: The accuracy of blood pressure measurement was not affected when the thickness of clothes was ≤5 mm.Given this thickness,the patients′ own blood pressure levels and the types of sphygmomanometer had no influence on the measuring results. Conclusions: Evidence-based nursing practice was carried out in order to put forward specific suggestions for clothing thickness during blood pressure measurement.It would be better to measure the blood pressure when the thickness of clothing is ≤5 mm to shorten the operation time,reduce the workload of nursing and improve the quality of nursing service.
