摘要
目的:分析宁泌泰联合乙蔗酚治疗泌尿系统感染合并老年阴道炎的临床疗效及对预后的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年1月收治泌尿系统感染合并老年阴道炎患者78例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,各36例。对照组采用乙蔗酚片治疗;观察组采用乙蔗酚片联合宁泌泰胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后促黄体生成素(LH)及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组,雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项临床症状缓解时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对泌尿系统感染合并老年阴道炎患者采用宁泌泰联合乙蔗酚治疗的临床效果显著,更有利于改善患者临床症状,提高预后。
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy and prognosis of Ningmitai combined with agostilben in the treatment of urinary tract infection complicated with senile vaginitis.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,78 patients with urinary tract infection complicated with senile vaginitis were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with agostilben tablets.The observation group was treated with agostilben tablets combined with Ningmitai capsule.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,LH and FSH levels were lower than those in the control group,E2 levels were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the remission time of clinical symptoms was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy and prognosis of Ningmitai combined with agostilben in the treatment of urinary tract infection complicated with senile vaginitis is significant,it is more conducive to improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients.
