摘要
女性的卵巢内分泌功能自35岁起明显衰退,50岁左右出现绝经,不少妇女产生围绝经期症状,如老年性阴道炎、老年性尿路感染,严重地影响了生活质量。20世纪起临床上应用尼尔雌醇治疗老年性阴道炎和老年性尿路感染获得良好疗效。本文重点分析女性生殖和泌尿系统的发育特点、解剖生理特点,总结尼尔雌醇的药物特性及其治疗老年性阴道炎和老年性尿路感染的方案和注意事项,期待着尼尔雌醇的重新应用为改善老年妇女的生活质量带来福音。
The ovarian endocrine function of women has declined significantly since the age of 35 and menopause around 50 years old. Many women suffer from perimenopausal symptoms which impact on quality of life, such as senile vaginitis and senile urinary tract infection. In the 20 th century, the clinical application of nilestriol in treating senile vaginit is and senile urinary tract infection has achieved good results. The characteristics of development, anatomy and physiology of female reproductive and urinary system are analyzed in this paper. And the drug properties, therapeutic regimen and precautions of nilestriol in treating senile vaginitis and senile urinary tract infection are summarized. We look forward to the reapplication of nilestriol can improve quality of life of elderly women.
