摘要
外墙气密性是装配式被动房设计的难点。通过三个典型案例分析了三种结构类型预制墙体的气密性设计,从气密层位置、气密层材料、预制墙板设计和薄弱节点构造设计四个方面,总结了气密性设计要点和设计方法,得出以下结论:气密层一般位于采暖房间外墙的室内侧,应根据墙板骨架材料选择适宜的气密层材料,并考虑与墙板原有构造层次的整合;预制被动房墙板设计要根据墙板结构类型,考虑装配程度、墙板尺寸,减小墙板拼接缝的密封构造难度;薄弱节点密封材料应与气密层材料相匹配,密封构造应考虑耐久性和抗裂性。以期为装配式被动房气密性设计提供指导和借鉴。
The airtightness of the exterior wall is the difficulty in the design of a fabricated passive house.This paper analyzes the airtightness design of three structural types of prefabricated walls through three typical cases.From the four aspects of airtight layer position,airtight layer material,prefabricated wall panel design and weak node structural design,it summarizes the key points and design methods of airtightness design.It then concludes that the airtight layer is generally located on the indoor side of the outer wall of the heating room,where appropriate airtight layer material should be selected according to the wall panel frame material,and the integration with the original structural level of the wall panel should be considered.The design of fabricated passive house wall panels should consider the degree of assembly and the size of the wall panel according to the type of wall panel structure to reduce the difficulty of sealing the wall panel splicing joints.The weak node sealing material should match the airtight layer material,and the sealing structure should consider durability and crack resistance.The paper can provide guidance and reference for the airtightness design of prefabricated passive house.
