摘要
超低能耗目标下建筑创作的建筑整体性能判定正从定性决策转向定量决策,现行的"先设计后验证"方法已远远滞后于超低能耗建筑的发展步伐,必将被性能化设计所取代。借助于数字仿真技术这一手段,通过梳理场地条件、技术策略与能耗目标之间的关系,提出性能化的设计方法。以山东建筑大学超低能耗教学实验楼为例,论述了性能化设计在自然通风、天然采光、高性能保温围护结构优化设计中的应用与效果。最后以能耗分析结果验证了性能化设计在超低能耗建筑创作中的优势。
Under the goal of ultra-low energy consumption,the evaluation of overall performance of buildings is changing from qualitative decision to quantitative one.The current method of"design before verification"has lagged far behind the development of ultra-low energy consumption buildings,and it is to be replaced by performance-based design.With the help of digital simulation technology of building energy consumption,the method of performance-based design is put forward through examining the relationship between site conditions,technical strategies and energy consumption objectives.With the case of the ultra-low energy consumption teaching and experimental building of Shandong Jianzhu University,the paper discusses the performance-based design in site planning,natural ventilation,natural lighting and high energy consumption.It also discussed the application and effect of performance-based thermal insulation envelope structure optimization design.The energy consumption analysis results verify the advantages of performance-based design in the design of ultra-low energy consumption building.
