摘要
简介新型绿色节能被动式超低能耗建筑(被动房)的特点和影响其能耗的主要因素,论析提高被动房应用关键技术、措施,以及推广被动房建筑的意义。列举被动房建筑在国内不同气候分区建成的示范性案例。实践证明,被动式超低能耗建筑(被动房)是未来节能建筑发展方向和必然趋势。
This paper introduces the characteristics of the new green energy-saving passive ultra-low energy consumption building(passive house)and the main factors that affect its energy consumption,and discusses the key technologies and measures for improving passive house application and the significance of promoting passive house buildings.This paper lists the demonstration cases of passive house building in different climatic zones in China.Practice proves that passive ultra-low energy consumption building(passive housing)is the future direction and inevitable trend of energy-saving building.
