摘要
针对淤浆法合成高密度聚乙烯,根据高分子化学、高分子物理以及聚合反应原理,分析讨论了催化剂浓度、氢气分压和乙烯分压、共聚单体、聚合温度、原料气的质量,造粒中混炼度等各因素对高密度聚乙烯熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响,结合实际生产情况,总结出在正常生产中不同聚合方式下以及牌号切换过程中浆液MFR、粒料MFR的控制方法,对提高生产效率、提高产品质量具有很好的指导意义。
According to properties of polyethylene in slurry polymerization process,this article adopted Synthetic high density polyethylene in slurry polymerization process to analyse the effect of catalyst concentration、Hydrogen partial pressure and ethylene partial pressure、comonomer、polymerization temperature、Quality of feed gas,and the effect of mixing degree and other factors on melt flow rate of high density polyethylene.meanwhile,Combined with the actual situation of production,this article summarized the flow rate of serous fluid and the Control method of melt granular flowing rate under different polymerization modes and in the process of grade transition in normal production,It will have a very good guiding significance to improve production efficiency and product quality.
