摘要
针对国产催化剂在使用过程中出现细粉质量分数高的问题,考察了细粉的危害,对出现细粉的原因进行了分析,并提出了改善措施。分析得出:催化剂的粒径、载体强度、活性中心分布、种类等对细粉的产生至关重要,淤浆环管工艺细粉产生的原因还包括助催化剂、反应停留时间、环管内催化剂摩尔浓度、反应温度、H2摩尔浓度、原料纯度等。改善措施包括:选择强度高、粒径分布均匀的催化剂载体,保证活性组份均匀分布,使用高性能催化剂;改进助催化剂的用量、类型;合理控制停留时间、加强工艺控制和严格控制原料纯度等。
Aiming at the problem of high content of fine powder in the process of using domestic catalyst,the harm of fine powder was investigated,the reasons for the appearance of fine powder were analyzed,and improvement measures were put forward.The particle size of the catalyst,the strength of the support,the distribution of the active center,and the type of the catalyst are essential for the appearance of fine powder.The reasons for the fine powder in the slurry loop process also include cocatalyst,residence time,catalyst concentration in the loop,reaction temperature,H2 concentration,raw material purity,etc.Improvement measures include:selecting a catalyst carrier with high strength and uniform particle size distribution to ensure uniform distribution of active components,using high-performance catalysts;improving the amount and type of cocatalyst;reasonably controlling residence time,strengthening process control,and strictly controlling raw material purity,etc.
