摘要
ADL高密度聚乙烯装置在生产双峰聚乙烯时,在淤浆出料加热管线的出口位置有时出现黄色结片,影响浆液的稳定排出。采用XRF,FTIR,SEM-EDAX,GPC,DSC,XRD等方法对黄色结片进行了表征。实验结果表明,黄色结片的主要成分是烷基铝和水蒸气反应得到的含铝无机物,次要组分是溶于B反应器中异丁烷的低分子量蜡。两种组分在结片中形成了“海岛结构”,其中,含铝无机物为分散相,低分子量蜡为连续相。由于在生产双峰树脂时B反应器必然产生低分子蜡,只能通过阻止含铝无机物形成或聚集的方法避免形成结片。
When producing bimodal polyethylene in ADL high density polyethylene plant,yellow agglomerates sometimes appear at the outlet of slurry discharge heating pipeline,affecting the stable discharge of slurry.The agglomerates were characterized by XRF,FTIR,SEM-EDAX,GPC,DSC,XRD.The experimental results show that the main component of the agglomerates is the aluminum containing inorganic substances obtained by the reaction of alkyl aluminum with water steam,and the secondary component is the low molecular weight wax component dissolved in isobutane solvent in reactor B.The two components form“sea island structure”in the agglomerates,with aluminum containing inorganic substances as the dispersed phase and low molecular weight wax as the continuous phase.Since low molecular wax is bound to be produced in reactor B in the production of bimodal resin,the formation of yellow agglomerates can only be avoided by preventing the formation or aggregation of aluminum containing inorganic substances.
