摘要
为了进一步提高非均质油藏水驱开发后的采收率,将聚合物微球与表面活性剂相结合,研发出一种适合非均质油藏的聚合物微球-表面活性剂复合调驱体系。文中对聚合物微球和表面活性剂的最佳注入质量浓度和注入量分别进行了评价,并在此基础上开展了三层非均质岩心驱油实验。研究结果表明:聚合物微球JWQ-11具有良好的膨胀性能和封堵性能,当JWQ-11质量浓度为2000 mg/L、注入量为0.3 PV时,对不同渗透率岩心的封堵率均在90%以上;表面活性剂SGS-Ⅱ具有良好的界面活性和驱油效果,当SGS-Ⅱ质量浓度为2500 mg/L时,油水界面张力降低至10^(-3) mN/m数量级,当其注入量为0.3 PV时,低渗岩心水驱后采收率提高12.0百分点以上;水驱后,聚合物微球-表面活性剂复合调驱体系和后续水驱总共提高采收率24.2百分点。现场应用结果表明:W31井组实施聚合物微球-表面活性剂复合调驱措施后,注入井高渗层吸液量下降,低渗层吸液量增大,生产井日产油量提升1倍以上,含水率明显下降,达到了良好的增油效果。
In order to further improve the oil recovery of heterogeneous reservoir after water flooding,a polymer microsphere-surfactant composite profile control and flooding system suitable for heterogeneous reservoir was studied by combining polymer microspheres with surfactant.The optimal injection concentration and volumet of polymer microspheres and surfactants were evaluated respectively,and oil displacement experiment of three-layer heterogeneous cores were carried out on this basis.The results show that polymer microsphere JWQ-11 has good swelling and plugging properties.When the concentration of polymer microspheres is 2,000 mg/L and the injection volume is 0.3 PV,the plugging rate of JWQ-11 on cores with different permeability can reach more than 90%.The surfactant SGS-Ⅱhas good interfacial activity and oil displacment effect.When the concentration of surfactant is 2,500 mg/L,the oil-water interfacial tension is reduced to 10^(-3) mN/m and the injection volumet is 0.3 PV,the oil recovery of low-permeability core after water flooding can be increased by more than 12.0%.After water flooding,the total oil recovery can be increased by 24.2%by using polymer microspheres-surfactant composite profile control flooding system and further water flooding.The field application results show that after the implementation of polymer microspheres-surfactant composite profile control and flooding measures in W31 well group,the liquid absorption of high permeability layer of the injection wells decreases,the liquid absorption of low permeability layer increases,the daily oil production of production wells increases more than one time,and the water cut is decreased obviously,which plays a good oil increasing effect.
