摘要
选取了市场上具有代表性的7种不同纤维基的面膜基布,测试评价其表观形态、弯曲性能、透气透湿性能、持液保液性能。结果发现:纤维基面膜基布呈网状结构;透气率在500mm/s以上,透湿率在300g/m^(2)·h左右;弯曲刚度在0.01cN·cm^(2)/cm~0.50cN·cm^(2)/cm范围内,湿态弯曲刚度小于干态弯曲刚度,弯曲滞后距在0.01cN·cm/cm~0.10cN·cm/cm范围内;接触角在32.0°~48.0°范围内,在200s内能快速吸收水份,600s内增速平缓,最大吸液量在868.471%~1602.584%之间,保液率在62.71%~80.44%之间。研究为选择面膜基布的选择与开发提供依据。
7 representative mask fabrics with different fiber bases in the market were selected to test and evaluate their appearance,bending performance,breathability and moisture permeability,and liquid holding and retention performance.The results showed that the fiber-based mask fabrics had net-like structure,their air permeability was above 500mm/s,and the moisture permeability was about 300g/m^(2)·h;the bending stiffness was in the range of 0.01-0.50cN·cm^(2)/cm,and the wet bending stiffness was less than the dry bending stiffness;the bending hysteresis moments were in the range of 0.01-0.1cN·cm/cm;the contact angles were in the range of 32.0°-48.0°,the water could be quickly absorbed within 200s,the growth rate became gentle within 600s,the maximum liquid absorption was between 868.471%-1602.584%,and the liquid retention rate was between 62.71%-80.44%.The research provided a basis for the selection and development of the choice of mask base fabric.
