摘要
在煤矿智能化建设大背景下,研究和发展矿用传感器技术是保障煤矿安全生产和提升智能化水平的重要途径。对我国矿用传感器的技术发展现状及存在的问题进行了归纳和总结,提出了抗电磁干扰技术、激光气体检测技术、传感器自诊断技术及传感器低功耗设计技术4个方面亟需解决的共性技术。总结了矿用传感器未来的4个发展方向,即利用新材料、新工艺开发新型传感器;开发集成化智能传感器;实现传感技术硬件系统与元器件的微小型化;推动矿用无线传感器网络的发展。
In the context of intelligent construction of coal mines,the research and development of mining sensor technology is an important way to guarantee the safe production of coal mines and enhance the level of intelligence.The current status and problems of mining sensor technology development in China were summarized,and four common technologies were proposed for anti-electromagnetic interference technology,laser gas detection technology,sensor self-diagnosis technology and sensor low-power design technology that needed to be solved urgently.Four future development directions of mining sensors were summarized,namely,the development of new sensors with materials and processes;the development of integrated intelligent sensors;the miniaturization of sensing technology hardware systems and components;and the promotion of wireless sensor networks for mining.
