摘要
为了保证煤矿井下电控系统的正常运行,针对煤矿井下自动控制用传感器选型困难的问题,分析了井下传感器选型的现状,提出了实际选型的方法。总结了井下煤机设计中位移传感器、编码器、油缸极限位置判断和转速传感器选型方法及注意事项。
In order to ensure the proper operation of underground electric control system in coal mine,aiming at the difficulty of sensor selection in automatic control of coal mine,analyzed the current situation of the selection of underground sensor,and put forward the method of actual selection. The displacement sensor,encoder,the limit position judgment of the oil cylinder,the selection method and matters needing attention of speed sensor in the design of underground coal machine were summarized.
