摘要 以杭绍台高铁引入既有杭甬客专绍兴北站为例,通过分析不同线路RBC之间的切换原理,研究在连接2个CTCS-3级列控车站的联络线上无区间信号点的情况下,实现不同RBC之间的自动切换方案;综合调度命令及临时限速命令的下达、后期的运营维护,以及对既有高铁线路的改造难易程度等方面,提出在联络线上设置虚拟信号点的RBC移交方案,为在短联络线上进行RBC切换提供参考。 In the case of connecting Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Taizhou high-speed railway to Hangzhou-Ningbo passenger dedicated railway,the principle of handover between the RBCs on different lines is analyzed in order to realize automatic handover of the Radio Block Centers of the two railway lines where there is no section signal points in the connection line between the two stations equipped with CTCS-3 train control system.In consideration of issue of dispatching order and temporary speed restriction order,operations and maintenance,and the difficulty of rebuilding the existing high-speed railway,a solution of setting virtual signal points in the connection line is presented,which provides a reference for the RBCs’handover in short connecting line.
