摘要
高职院校教师的发展是影响师资队伍质量的重要因素,关系着人才培养质量和高职院校的发展事业。建立教师发展中心可以适应新时代教师发展工作,促进教师队伍建设可持续发展。本文提出了高职院校教师发展中心的建设与发展思路。
As an important factor affecting the quality of the faculty team,the development of teachers at higher vocational colleges is related to the quality of talent training and the development of higher vocational colleges.Establishing a teacher development center can adapt to the development of teachers for a new era and promote the sustainable development of the faculty team.This article proposes the ideas for construction and development of teacher development centers at higher vocational colleges.
