摘要
红托竹荪是贵州特色珍稀食用菌,为解决红托竹荪菌种生长缓慢的问题,特开展红托竹荪液体菌种发酵条件暨配方优化研究,通过对红托竹荪液体培养基中的碳源,氮源及培养时间进行单因素分析,以产生的菌丝体干重为评价指标,确定红托竹荪的最佳碳源、氮源和培养时间;在此基础上,通过正交优化试验,确定红托竹荪菌丝体液体最佳发酵条件为:蛋白胨0.1%,玉米粉1%,接菌量为8块(直径0.5 cm,圆形),培养时间15 d。
The Dictyophora rubrovolvata is a rare edible fungus in Guizhou.To solve the problem of slow growth of D.rubrovolvata,the fermentation conditions and formula optimization of liquid D.rubrovolvata strains were studied.Single factor analysis was carried out on the carbon source,nitrogen source and culture time in the liquid medium of D.rubrovolvata.The optimal carbon source,nitrogen source and culture time were determined by using the dry weight of mycelium as evaluation index.On this basis,the optimum fermentation conditions were determined as follows 0.1%peptone,1%corn meal,inoculation amount of 8 pieces(diameter 0.5 cm,round),culture time of 15 days.
