Research on the precision medicine of esophageal cancer based on literature analysis

摘要 目的探寻食管癌精准治疗的研究进展和未来的发展方向,为患者的个体化治疗或精准治疗临床研究提供参考信息。方法检索万方医学网和科学引文索引(SCI)网络版数据库中关于食管癌精准医学相关文献,并从文献的年发文量、发表期刊、发文机构、国家和地区、学科分布和关键词频率等对检索结果进行计量分析。结果共检索到中文文献6 869篇,英文文献7 773篇。近10年中文文献总体呈逐年下降趋势,而英文文献正好相反,且英文文献中发文量最大的国家为中国(4 136篇,53.2%),远超过排名其次的美国(1 657篇,21.3%)和日本(835篇,10.7%);在中外文献中高发文机构均为中国高校,分别以河北医科大学第四医院(中文文献187篇,20.0%)和郑州大学(英文文献442篇,5.7%)为首;中英文文献内容均以肿瘤学为主,分别为5 082篇(83.0%)和3 946篇(50.8%)。研究热点主要是食管鳞状细胞癌的发病机制、诊断标志物和预后改善。结论近10年食管癌的研究主要偏向于早期癌变基因及其致癌作用机制探索的基础研究,根据食管癌患者的基因型、表型、环境和生活方式等各方面因素的异质性从而制定出个性化诊断和治疗措施,是临床研究的关注重点。 Objective To understand the research progress of precision medicine and individualized treatment of esophageal cancer in the past ten years, as to provide reference information for clinical practice and research. Methods Relevant literature on precision medicine and individualized treatment of esophageal cancer in Wanfang Medical Network and ISI Web of Science database for the past ten years was retrieved. Quantitative analysis of the annual publication volume, published journals, author institutions, author countries and regions, discipline distribution, keyword frequency was performed. Results A total of 6 869 and 7 773 articles on precision medicine and individualized treatment of esophageal cancer were retrieved from the Wanfang Medical Network database and the ISI Web of Science database, respectively. The annual publication volume in Chinese showed an overall downward trend. The ISI Web of Science literatures went upward with China being the country with the highest volume(4 136 articles, 53.2%), followed by the United States(1 657 articles, 21.3%) and Japan(835 articles, 10.7%). The top published institutions mainly located in China in the database domestic and overseas. The Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University(187 articles, 20.0%) and Zhengzhou University(442 articles, 5.7%) ranked first in publication volume in the two databases, respectively. Keyword frequency analysis indicated the research focused on pathogenesis, diagnostic marker and improvement of prognosis of patients with esophageal squamous cell cancer. Conclusions The researches on esophageal cancer mainly focus on the basic research of early oncogenes and their oncogenic mechanism of action. The detailed analysis of the heterogeneity of genotype, phenotype, environment and lifestyle of esophageal cancer patients to develop personalized diagnosis and treatment measures is the focus of clinical research.
