不同取代基团的草酰胺成核剂对LLDPE结晶与透明性能的影响

Effect of Oxalamide Nucleating Agents with Different Substituent Groups on the Crystallization and Clarification of LLDPE Matrix

摘要 通过成核剂赋予聚乙烯高透明性不仅具有较高的学术研究价值,在商业化应用上价值更大。草酰胺成核剂是一种氢键类成核剂,其中取代基团是影响分子间氢键形成的重要因素之一。将N-己基-N-{3-[〔(己基氨基)(氧代)乙酰基〕氨基]丙基}乙二酰胺、N-环己基-N-{3-[〔(环己基氨基)(氧代)乙酰基〕氨基]丙基}乙二酰胺(分别简称为正己基取代草酰胺成核剂、环己基取代草酰胺成核剂)与线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)共混,使用差示扫描量热法测试了不同冷却速率下LLDPE复合材料的非等温结晶和熔融行为。结果表明,草酰胺成核剂对LLDPE结晶温度的提高幅度较小,而对结晶起始温度的提高幅度较大。成核剂的成核活性评估结果表明,在LLDPE体系中取代基为环状烷烃的草酰胺成核剂比直链烷烃具有更大的成核活性。这也许被LLDPE复合材料的透明性测试结果证实了,并且其透明性被提高了46%。 The clarified polyethylene given by the nucleating agent not only had academic research value,but also had greater potential for commercial applications.The oxalamide nucleating agent was a kind of hydrogen bond nucleating agent,in which the substituent group was one of the important factors affecting the hydrogen bond between molecules.Two oxalamide nucleating agents with different substituent groups(i.e.,n-hexyl and cyclohexyl)were blended with linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE),and the non-isothermal crystallization and melting behavior of LLDPE blends under different cooling rates were tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that the oxalamide nucleating agent has a small increase in the crystallization temperature of LLDPE,but has a large increase in the crystallization onset temperature.The evaluation results of the nucleation activity show that the oxalamide nucleating agent with cyclohexyl group has greater nucleating activity than the n-hexyl group in the LLDPE system.This may be confirmed by the transparency test results of the LLDPE blends,and its transparency has been increased by 46%.
