摘要
目的了解淮安市食源性沙门菌的血清型分布以及耐药性,为食源性沙门菌的防控提供依据。方法按照国家标准方法对分离自食品和腹泻标本的沙门菌株进行血清分型,利用MIC法测定分离株的耐药性。结果 68株沙门菌共有12种血清型,优势血清型为肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌,食品和腹泻标本中分离的沙门菌株血清型存在差异。本研究中分离的沙门菌对AMP(46/68,67.65%)和NAL(41/68,60.29%)的耐药性较强,多重耐药菌株占58.82%(40/68),最主要耐药谱型为AMP-AMS-NAL。食品分离菌株对GEN、TMP/SMZ、NAL的耐药率较高,腹泻标本分离菌株则对CTX、CAZ、TET、CFX、AMP、AMS、CHL、CIP的耐药率较高。12种血清型沙门菌中肠炎沙门菌、鼠伤寒沙门菌、印第安纳和汤卜逊沙门菌的耐药性较强。结论淮安市食源性沙门菌的血清型分散,优势血清型为肠炎沙门菌和鼠伤寒沙门菌。沙门菌分离株的耐药状况较为严重。
Objective We analyzed the serotype distribution and antimicrobial resistance of food-borne Salmonella,so as to provide data support for controlling contamination of Salmonella. Methods The serotype distribution was tested according national testing standards,and antimicrobial resistance of isolated strains was characterized by MIC method. Results Sixty-eight Salmonella isolates were separated into 12 serotypes and the main serotypes were Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium. The serotypes of Salmonella isolated from food and diarrhea samples were different. The Salmonella isolated in this study had strong resistance to AMP( 46/68,67. 65%) and NAL( 41/68,60. 29%),and 58. 82%( 40/68) of the strains were multi-drug resistant. The main resistance spectrum was AMP-AMS-NAL. The food isolates had higher drug resistance rates to gentamicin,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and nalidixic acid,while the diarrhea isolates had higher drug resistance rates to CTX,CAZ,TET,CFX,AMP,AMS,CHL and CIP. Among the 12 serotypes of Salmonella,Salmonella enteritidis,Salmonella typhimurium,Salmonella indiana and Salmonella tombosson showed strong drug resistance. Conclusion The serotypes of food borne Salmonella in Huai’an City were scattered,and the main serotypes were Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella typhimurium. Salmonella isolates showed high drug resistance.
