摘要
目的关于苯巴比妥+卡马西平的用药方式对癫痫病进行治疗的临床效果探究。方法本文行分组对照试验,将选择2019年2月至2020年10月到我院进行治疗的82例癫痫病患者作为本文的调查对象应用抽签法则分为观察组和对照组,两组例数等量,均为41例。观察组行苯巴比妥+卡马西平法治疗,对照组行卡马西平单纯治疗,分别计算两组相关数据统计结果,并做统计学比较。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为97.56%(40/41),对照组为78.05%(32/41),P<0.05;观察组不良反应发生率为7.32%(3/41),对照组为4.88%(2/41),两组差异不具统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的癫痫发作次数、癫痫持续时间和临床症状好转时间均短于对照组,P<0.05。结论苯巴比妥+卡马西平方案治疗癫痫病的临床效果明显优于单纯卡马西平治疗,整体治疗效果显著,安全性高,且能够改善患者的临床发作次数和症状持续发作时间,促进病症的好转。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of phenobarbital+carbamazepine in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods A group of control experiments were conducted in this study.82 epilepsy patients who were treated in our hospital from February 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into observation group and control group,and the number of cases in the two groups.The amount was 41 cases.The observation group was treated with phenobarbital+carbamazepine.The control group was treated with carbamazepine alone.The statistical data of the two groups were calculated and compared statistically.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%(40/41),78.05%(32/41)in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32%(3/41).4.88%(2/41),the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).The number of epileptic seizures,the duration of epilepsy and the improvement time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The clinical effect of the phenobarbital+carbamazepine regimen in the treatment of epilepsy is significantly better than that of carbamazepine alone.The overall treatment effect is significant,the safety is high,and it can improve the number of clinical seizures and the duration of symptoms in patients,and promote the development of the disease.
