摘要
目的:探讨地西泮联合苯巴比妥钠治疗癫痫的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院2018年1月至2021年3月收治的135例癫痫患者作为研究对象,进行回顾性分析,根据用药方案的不同分为研究组70例与对照组65例。对照组采取地西泮治疗,研究组在此基础上联合苯巴比妥钠治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者癫痫发作频率与持续时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后,两组患者癫痫发作频率与持续时间均有所下降,但研究组水平相对于对照组更低(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(95.71%)较对照组(84.62%)更高(P<0.05)。两组患者用药后均未出现明显不良反应。结论:地西泮联合苯巴比妥钠治疗癫痫可获得较好的治疗效果,不良反应较少,能够进一步控制患者病情。
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of diazepam combined with phenobarbital sodium in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods:135 epilepsy patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects and retrospectively analyzed.According to the different medication regimens,they were divided into a study group of 70 cases and a control group of 65 cases.The control group was treated with diazepam,and the study group was treated with phenobarbital sodium on this basis.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the frequency and duration of seizures between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of seizures of the two groups decreased,but the level of the study group was relative to the control group was lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(95.71%)was higher than that of the control group(84.62%)(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients after medication.Conclusion:Diazepam combined with phenobarbital sodium in the treatment of epilepsy can achieve better therapeutic effects,with fewer adverse reactions,and can further control the patient's condition.
