摘要
首先分析了折叠椅脚的塑件材料及工艺性,接着利用建模模块创建了塑件的三维模型并利用注塑模向导模块设计了注射模具。通过采用侧浇式的浇注系统和直通循环式的冷却系统,保证了塑件的表面和内在质量。
Firstly,the plastic parts materials and structure of the foot of the folding chair are analyzed.Then,the 3D model of the plastic parts is created by using UG NX 10.0 modeling module.On this basis,with the help of UG injection mold wizard module design of the folding chair foot injection mold.The surface and internal quality of the plastic parts are guaranteed by the side pouring system and the straight circulation waterway arrangement.
