3D Design and Manufacture of Automobile Guard Plate

摘要 以汽车护板注塑模具的设计及制造为例分析了汽车护板的结构特点和开模要求,详细介绍了基于Pro/E的注塑模三维设计方法,并借助数控加工实例阐述了注塑模具的三维加工工艺。通过掌握全3D注塑模具开发设计与制造方法,能有效提高模具设计制造效率,缩短模具开发周期,对模具工程技术人员有一定借鉴作用。 The structure characteristics and the mold manufacturing requirements of automobile guard plate were analyzed with the design and manufacturing of automobile guard plate injection mold as an example. The 3D design method of injection mold based on Pro/E was introduced in detail, and the 3D manufacturing process of injection mold was elaborated with the aid of NC machining example. Through mastering the 3D design and manufacturing method for injection mold, the engineering and technical personnel can effectively improve the efficiency of mold design and manufacturing, and shorten the development cycle of the mold.
