摘要
首先采用Pro/E绘图软件对一种常见三通管塑件进行三维造型,然后运用Moldflow对比了不同浇注系统对该塑件成型质量的影响,并优化了工艺参数,从而得到较好的浇注系统方案。结果表明:通过浇注系统分析及工艺参数优化,有效缩短了模具设计周期,同时得到合格的塑料三通管产品。
The 3D modeling of a common plastic T-branch pipe was engaged by Pro/E software,then the effects of different pouring system on the quality of the plastic part were compared by Moldflow software,and the process parameters were optimized,thus a good scheme of gating system could be obtained.The results show that:through the pouring system analysis and the optimization of process parameters,the design cycle of the mould can be shortened effectively,and the qualified plastic parts can be produced.
