摘要
目的:探讨音乐联合有氧运动是否会比单一有氧运动获得更大的执行功能效益。方法:采用组间前后测设计,招募120名[(21.70±3.15)岁]大学生随机参加20 min中等强度(60%~70%HRmax)功率自行车有氧运动组、音乐(120~140 bpm)聆听组、音乐运动组和对照组实验任务。在实验任务前后进行运动表现、情绪状态和执行功能(抑制、转换、刷新)的测评。结果:运动中及运动后即刻,音乐运动组比运动组的运动表现更佳、情绪状态更好;运动后,音乐运动组比运动组抑制功能、刷新功能得到更大改善。结论:音乐联合中等强度有氧运动比单一中等强度有氧运动更能有效提高大学生的执行功能。
Objective: To explore whether music combined with aerobic exercise can achieve more executive function benefits than aerobic exercise without music. Methods: A randomized controlled trial was used. One hundred twenty (age 21.7±3.15 years) college students were randomly assigned to the 20 min moderate intensity (60%~70% HRmax) aerobic exercise group, the music (120~140 bpm) listening group, the music exercise group and the control group to perform the corresponding test. Emotional state, sports performance and executive functions (inhibition, working memory and shifting) were evaluated at time points before and after exercise. Results: The sports performance and emotional state of subjects in the music exercise group have gained significant improvement than those in other groups during and immediately after exercise. Furthermore, their inhibition and working memory have also been improved greatly after exercise. Conclusions: Based on the results, it is demonstrated that music combined with moderate-intensity aerobic exercise would bring more executive function benefits than aerobic exercise without music among college students.
