摘要
挪威在发展大西洋鲑(Salmo salar)养殖产业上取得了巨大成功,为世界各国水产业发展树立了榜样。从产量、产值、许可证和养殖场数量角度介绍了挪威大西洋鲑产业现状;从科研机构管理、养殖环境认证、饲料、鱼病防治、育种、新型养殖装备和技术6个方面分析了挪威大西洋鲑产业可持续发展的措施与经验。结合中国水产养殖业发展现状,就制定与推广国际认证标准、加快疫苗研究与推广、加强水产养殖良种选育和强化新设施装备应用等方面讨论了挪威产业实践带给中国水产养殖产业的启示,以期为中国渔业科技发展、产业结构性改革、渔业提质增效提供参考和借鉴。
Norway has achieved significant success in developing Salmo salar industry, setting a great example for other countries’ development of aquaculture. This paper analyzed the current Norwegian Salmo salar industry in terms of output value, licensing and number of aquaculture farms, and introduced Norway’s sustainable development measures of Atlantic salmon industry from six aspects: management of research institutions, aquaculture environment certification, feeds, fish disease control, breeding, and development of new aquaculture equipment and technology. Furthermore, in accordance with the current conditions of China’s aquaculture industry, reference from Norwegian aquaculture industry was discussed in terms of the establishment and promotion of international certification standards, accelerating research and popularization of vaccines, improving selective breeding programme and enhancing the development of new equipment and technology. And suggestions were made to provide references for the development of China’s fishery science and technology, its structural industry reform, and the quality and efficiency improvement of fishery production.
