摘要
挪威是世界渔业大国,也是世界渔业科技强国,通过剖析挪威渔业发展现状,分析了近年来挪威捕捞渔业、水产养殖业、水产品进出口贸易等发展情况,分析了新冠肺炎疫情对挪威渔业的影响和挪威的应对措施,介绍了挪威的渔业发展规划,并分别从资源管理方式、水产养殖模式、水产品质量安全和水产品贸易方面提出了中国可以借鉴的内容。了解挪威渔业的发展现状、发展路径和发展方向对于促进中挪渔业合作,推动我国渔业转方式、调结构,实现渔业生态化可持续发展具有重要意义。
Norway is one of the highest fishery production countries in the world and it is also well-known for its advanced fishery science and technology.In this paper,the status of Norwegian fisheries,including capture fisheries,aquaculture,and fishery products trading in recent years were concluded.The impact of the coronavirus outbreak on Norwegian fisheries and the countermeasures from the fishery management agencies was analyzed.Meanwhile,the development plan of Norway’s fishery was also introduced.Suggestions for Chinese fisheries were put forward in terms of resource management methods,aquaculture models,aquatic product quality and safety,and aquatic product trade.Understanding the status,development path and development direction of Norwegian fisheries is of great significance for promoting Sino-Norwegian fishery cooperation,and it is also helpful for accelerating transformation of the growth model,promoting structural adjustments,and achieving sustainable development of fishery.
