摘要
目的评估肺部低剂量螺旋CT扫描对图像质量的影响及临床价值。方法74例行肺部检查的患者为研究对象,采用数字随机表法分为低剂量组和常规剂量组,每组37例。低剂量组行低剂量螺旋CT扫描,常规剂量组行常规剂量螺旋CT扫描。对比两组患者的图像质量,辐射剂量[CT剂量指数(CTDI)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效管球剂量(eff.mAs)]。结果两组患者的图像质量优良率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量组的CTDI(4.02±0.36)mGy、DLP(198.63±3.68)mGy·cm、eff.mAs(50.68±10.25)mAs均低于常规剂量组的(11.52±3.63)mGy、(542.63±3.69)mGy·cm、(112.02±10.52)mAs,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在现阶段社会中,患有肺部疾病的人数在逐年增多,患者在患病后需要给予科学的诊断,低剂量螺旋CT扫描能够满足患者的诊断需求,其图像质量与常规剂量螺旋CT扫描无差异,且患者的辐射剂量低,可在临床诊断过程中推广,以此提高患者的诊断水平。
Objective To evaluate the influence of low-dose spiral CT scan of lung on image quality and its clinical value.Methods A total of 74 patients undergoing lung examination as study subjects were divided into low-dose group and conventional-dose group by number random numerical table,with 37 cases in each group.The low-dose group underwent low-dose spiral CT scan,and the conventional-dose group underwent conventional-dose spiral CT scan.The image quality,and radiation dose[CT dose index(CTDI),dose length product(DLP),effective tube current-time product(eff.mAs)]were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in excellent rate of image quality between the two groups(P>0.05).The CTDI(4.02±0.36)mGy,DLP(198.63±3.68)mGy·cm and eff.mAs(50.68±10.25)mAs of the lowdose group were lower than(11.52±3.63)mGy,(542.63±3.69)mGy·cm and(112.02±10.52)mAs of the conventional-dose group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the current society,the number of patients with lung disease is increasing year by year,many patients need to be given scientific diagnosis after illness.Low-dose spiral CT can meet the needs of diagnosis,and its image quality is no different from conventional-dose spiral CT scan,and the patient’s radiation dose is low,which can be promoted in the clinical diagnosis process to improve the diagnosis level of patients.
