摘要
该文以灵武英才学校初一年级(6)班的30名学生为实验对象,通过文献资料法、实验法等研究方法,对核心力量训练及传统力量训练对受试者立定跳远成绩的影响进行研究,并探究立定跳远的有效训练策略及模式,旨在提高学生立定跳远技术水平,促进学生立定跳远成绩的提高。
Based on Lingwu magnet schools(6)the first grade class of 30 students as experimental object,through the literature material method,experimental method and other research methods,the core strength training and traditional strength training for the subjects to study the influence of standing long jump results,and to explore the effective training strategies and patterns of standing long jump,standing long jump technique aims to improve students level,Promote students standing long jump performance improvement.
