摘要
研究目的:比较增强式短跑、功能性短跑和力量训练对青少年足球运动员的最大力量、直线短跑、方向改变和蹲下跳起表现的影响。研究方法:将64名运动员分为4组(传统力量训练组、增强式短跑训练组、功能性训练组和控制组),干预组训练了10个月,在常规足球训练的基础上增加了额外的训练(每周2次)。研究结果:传统力量训练与增强式跑跳训练、功能训练相比优越性能显著提高,传统的力量训练被推荐用于增加力量和速度-力量变量,因此在青少年足球运动员的运动训练计划中应该优先重视传统的力量训练。
Objective:to compare the effects of the enhanced sprints,functional sprints and strength training on the maximum strength,straight-line sprints,direction changes and squat jump performance of young football players.Methods:64 athletes were divided into four groups(traditional strength training group,enhanced sprint training group,functional training group and control group).The intervention group trained for 10 months,and added additional training(2 times a week)on the basis of regular football training.Results:compared with the enhanced running and functional training,traditional strength training shows remarkable advantages and performance improvement.Traditional strength training is recommended to increase strength and speed strength variables,so it should be paid more attention to traditional strength training in the sports training plan of young football players.
