整车新项目总装先期工艺开发复杂度评价研究

摘要 运用层次分析法构建整车新项目总装先期工艺开发复杂度评价指标,计算各指标的权重系数,并通过实际案例验证了指标体系的适用性。该研究帮助管理者不再局限于定性评估,而可通过定量分析的手段识别各车型工艺开发的复杂度以及不同项目间的复杂度差异,同时为工艺开发风险分析和资源投入提供了依据。 The evaluation index of process development complexity of a new vehicle project is established by using AHP,which calculates the weight coefficient of each index.The applicability of the index system is verified by the practical case.The research can help managers to identify the complexity value of process development and the complexity difference between projects by means of quantitative analysis,which is not limited to the qualitative analysis and provides the basis for process development risk assessment as well as resource investment.
