摘要
为了提高企业的经济效益和环境效益,应选择最优的绿色工艺方案,为此,提出了基于AHP_灰色关联法的机械加工绿色工艺方案决策方法。首先,采用层次分析法确定指标的权重;然后,将层次分析法与灰色关联分析法结合,建立了基于AHP_灰色关联法的绿色工艺方案决策模型。以后横梁的3种机械加工工艺方案为例,验证了该模型的可行性和实用性。
In order to improve the economic and environmental benefits of the enterprise,and select the best green process scheme,a decision method on green process scheme of mechanical processing based on AHP and gray correlation method is put forward.Firstly,weights of indexes is calculated by AHP;Then,a decision-making model on green process scheme is founded based on AHP and gray correlation method by combining AHP with gray correlation analysis;Finally,the feasibility and practicality of the model are tested by three machining schemes of the rear beam.
