摘要
目的:观察加用丹葛汤治疗老年稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:收集稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证老年患者64例,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组32例。两组均予以西医常规治疗,治疗组加用丹葛汤(组成:丹参20 g,葛根30 g,当归15 g,天麻10 g,川芎15 g),共治疗28 d。观察患者症状体征,检测血D-二聚体、同型半胱氨酸、血脂水平。结果:治疗组总有效率为87.50%,对照组为71.88%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血D-二聚体、同型半胱氨酸、血脂均改善,治疗组改善更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加用丹葛汤对老年稳定型心绞痛心血瘀阻证患者有较好疗效。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Dange decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris in the elderly.Methods:64 elderly patients with stable angina pectoris and TCM syndrome differentiation as blood sta⁃sis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32).All patients were treated with conven⁃tional western medicine,and the treatment group was added with Dange decoction(composition:Salvia 20 g,Pueraria 30 g,Angelica 15 g,Gastrodia 10 g,Chuanxiong 15 g).The treatments lasted for 28 days.The symptoms and signs were observed,and the blood D-dimer,homocysteine,and blood lipid were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 87.50%in the treatment group and 71.88%in the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood D-dimer,homocysteine,and blood lipids of the two groups of patients both improved,and the treatment group improved better,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dange Decoction has a good effect on elderly patients with stable angina pectoris and heart blood stasis syndrome based on TCM differentiation.
