摘要
目的研究丽江黄芩Scutellaria likiangensis Diels根的化学成分。方法丽江黄芩根90%乙醇提取物采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、重结晶等进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到13个化合物,分别鉴定为汉黄芩素(1)、黄芩素(2)、黄芩苷(3)、白杨素(4)、白杨素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(5)、白杨素-6-C-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-8-C-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、千层纸素A(7)、千层纸素A-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(8)、韧黄芩素Ⅱ(9)、韧黄芩素Ⅱ-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖醛酸苷(10)、芹菜素-6-C-β-D-吡喃木糖基-8-Cβ-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(11)、正丁基-O-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(12)、邻苯二甲酸二正戊酯(13)。结论化合物3、5~6、8、10~13为首次从该植物中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Scutellaria likiangensis Diels.METHODS The 90%ethanol extract from the roots of S.likiangensis was isolated and purified by silica,Sephadex LH-20,and recrystallization,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified as wogonin(1),baicalein(2),baicalin(3),chrysin(4),chrysin-7-O-β-D-glucurunopyranoside(5),chrysin-6-C-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-8-C-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),oroxylin A(7),oroxylin A-7-O-β-D-glucurunopyranoside(8),tenaxinⅡ(9),tenaxinⅡ-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside(10),apigenin-6-C-β-D-xylopyranosyl-8-C-β-Dgalactopyranoside(11),n-butyl-O-β-D-fructoside(12),n-dipentyl phthalate(13).CONCLUSION Compounds 3,5-6,8,10-13 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
