摘要
目的探讨眼科手术室安全管理对护理安全和感染预防的效果。方法选取2019年7月至2020年10月在郑州市第二人民医院眼科手术室接受手术治疗的1286例患者作为研究对象,根据治疗时间分为对照组(632例)和观察组(654例),对照组接受常规护理模式,观察组接受护理安全管理干预。由护理部根据郑州市第二人民医院自制的眼科手术室护理质量考核表对手术患者的专科护理、消毒隔离以及安全防护等方面进行评价,对两组患者不良事件发生情况和护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组专科护理、消毒隔离以及安全防护等护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组意外事件、手术器械问题、院内感染以及总不良事件的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度评分为(9.68±0.14)分,对照组为(9.33±0.26)分,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=30.193,P<0.001)。结论眼科手术室实施安全管理干预可有效提高护理质量,减轻护理不良事件和院内感染等发生风险,有助于建立良好的护患关系。
Objective To explore the effect of safety management in ophthalmic operating room on nursing safety and infection prevention.Methods A total of 1286 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the ophthalmological operating room of Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital from July 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(632 cases)and the observation group(654 cases)according to the treatment time.The control group received conventional nursing mode,and the observation group received nursing safety management intervention.The nursing department evaluated the specialized care,disinfection,isolation and safety protection of surgical patients according to the nursing quality examination table of ophthalmic operating room made by Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital.Adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results The nursing quality scores of specialist nursing,sterile isolation,and safety protection in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of accidents,surgical instrument problems,hospital infections,and total adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of patients in the observation group was(9.68±0.14)points,the control group was(9.33±0.26)points,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=30.193,P<0.001).Conclusion The safety management interventions in the ophthalmic operating room could effectively improve nursing quality,reduce the risks of adverse nursing events and nosocomial infections,and help establish a good nurse-patient relationship.
