摘要
目的研究护理安全管理在门诊注射室护理安全隐患防范中的运用。方法根据时间顺序将2018年7月—2019年6月期间本院门诊注射室接收的患者115例分为两组,对照组(2018年7—12月收治)56例采取常规护理管理,观察组(2019年1—6月收治)59例加强护理安全管理。将两组的管理质量、护理安全不良事件发生率、护理满意度进行比对。结果观察组的环境质量评分、消毒隔离质量评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理安全不良事件发生率(1.69%)低于对照组,护理满意度(96.61%)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊注射室中加强护理安全管理可有效防范护理安全不良事件的发生,护理效果令人满意。
Objective To study the application of nursing safety management in the prevention of nursing safety risks in the injection room of outpatient department.Methods According to the time sequence,115 patients received in the outpatient injection room of our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,56 patients in the control group(admitted from July to December 2018)received routine nursing management,59 patients in the observation group(admitted from January to June 2019)strengthened nursing safety management.The incidence of nursing safety adverse events and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The environmental quality score and disinfection isolation quality score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of nursing safety adverse events in the observation group(1.69%)was lower than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction in the observation group(96.61%)was higher than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing safety management in the injection room can effectively prevent the occurrence of nursing safety adverse events,and the nursing effect is satisfactory.
