摘要
目的探究系统化护理对甲状腺癌患者术后疼痛程度及焦虑情绪和生活质量的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年10月在厦门大学附属第一医院普外科接受甲状腺癌手术治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,并采用双盲法将其随机分为常规组和研究组,每组各45例。术后,常规组实施常规护理,研究组实施系统化护理,比较两组护理前后患者的疼痛程度、焦虑情绪和生活质量。结果护理后,研究组的疼痛(VAS)评分、焦虑(SAS)评分均明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的社会功能评分、躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、物质生活评分均明显高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在甲状腺癌患者术后采用系统化护理,能有效减轻其疼痛,并消除焦虑情绪,提高其生活质量。
Objective To investigate the impacts of systematic nursing on postoperative pain,anxiety emotion and quality of life(QoL)of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients undergoing thyroid cancer surgery in the department of general surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the conventional group(n=45)and the study group(n=45)by the double-blind method.After operation,the conventional group was treated with conventional nursing,while the study group was treated with systematic nursing.The pain degree,anxiety emotion and QoL of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)of pain and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in the study group were both significantly lower than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The social function score,physical function score,psychological function score and material life score of patients in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing for patients with thyroid cancer after operation can effectively relieve their pain,eliminate anxiety and improve their QoL.
