摘要
目的:分析微信延续性随访干预对甲状腺癌术后患者心理状态与生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年6月我院收治的96例甲状腺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各48例。对照组采用传统电话方式进行随访,研究组给予微信延续性随访干预。出院时及出院后随访3个月,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较两组患者的心理状态,采用简明健康调查量表(SF-36)评价两组患者的生活质量。结果:出院时,两组SAS、SDS评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);出院后随访3个月,研究组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时,两组SF-36量表评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院后随访3个月,研究组SF-36量表中生理职能、生理功能、躯体疼痛、社会功能、活力、总体健康评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对甲状腺癌术后患者实施微信延续性随访干预,能够有效改善患者焦虑及抑郁等心理状态,提高患者术后生活质量,具有一定的推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous follow-up intervention with WeChat on psychological status and quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer after operation.Methods:96 patients with thyroid cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and research group,48 cases in each group.The control group was followed up by traditional telephone mode,and the study group was given continuous follow-up intervention by WeChat.The patients were followed up for 3 months at discharge and after discharge.The psychological status of the two groups was compared by SAS and SDS.The quality of life of the two groups was evaluated by SF-36.Results:There was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05);after 3 months of follow-up,SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SF-36 score between the two groups at discharge(P>0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the SF-36 score in the study group was higher than that in the control group in physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,social function,vitality and overall health(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous follow-up intervention with WeChat can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients after thyroid cancer surgery,and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.It has a certain promotion value.
