龙血竭防护模拟失重和辐射应激损伤研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 空间飞行期间,失重和辐射威胁航天员身心健康。中药在预防和治疗空间特因环境导致的机体适应性改变方面具有独特的疗效。龙血竭是一味珍稀名贵中药,具有活血化瘀、消炎镇痛、增强免疫力等药理作用。龙血竭可以防护模拟失重和辐射引起的应激损伤,减轻神经系统氧化损伤,缓解脑组织炎症,抑制神经细胞凋亡,同时下调心肌氧化应激水平,改善大鼠血液流变性质和凝血功能以维持心血管系统正常功能等。此外,龙血竭有效成分在模拟失重大鼠体内的药代动力学参数发生改变,组织分布变化,代谢率降低,排泄规律受到影响。通过综述近年来龙血竭对模拟失重和辐射导致的神经及心血管系统损伤的防护作用及其失重药代动力学研究进展,以期为龙血竭在航天医学领域中的进一步应用提供理论支持。 Weightlessness and radiation threaten the physical and mental health of astronauts during space flight.Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique effect on the prevention and treatment of physiological adaptive changes caused by the specific space environment.Dragon's blood(DB)is a rare and precious traditional Chinese medicine,which has pharmacological effects such as promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,anti-inflammation and analgesia,enhancing immunity and so on.DB can protect the stress injury induced by simulated weightlessness and radiation,including reducing the oxidative damage of nervous system,alleviating the brain tissue inflammation,inhibiting the apoptosis of nerve cells,downregulating the level of oxidative stress of myocardium,improving the he-morheological properties and coagulation function to maintain the normal function of cardiovascular system.However,in the tail suspension rats,the pharmacokinetic parameters and tissue distribution of DB's active components were changed,the metabolic rate was decreased,and the excretion regularity was affected.In this paper,the protective effects of DB on neurological and cardiovascular system damage induced by simulated weightlessness and radiation were reviewed and the research progress in weightlessness pharmacokinetics of DB in recent years was summarized so as to provide support for the further application of DB in the field of aerospace medicine.
