摘要
在马克思主义视域中,劳动不仅是谋生的手段,而且是促进人的全面发展的需要;但是在日常生活中常常出现轻视劳动的观念和现象,尤其是在青少年中,这种现象较为普遍。这与忽视劳动教育、片面追求升学率的教育理念有着一定的联系。青少年是中华民族的未来,是社会主义事业的接班人。党的教育方针一贯强调要德智体美劳全面发展,凸显了劳动教育的重要性。在新时代背景下,加强对青少年马克思主义劳动观的教育和劳动精神的培育,意义重大。笔者以唯物史观为理论基础,在阐明马克思主义劳动观的前提下,着重分析当代青少年的劳动观及其表现,探寻加强青少年劳动观念培育的着力点,充分发挥劳动本身独特的教育意义。把青少年劳动观的研究作为出发点,不再停留在劳动观念养成的层面,而是发挥认识对于实践能动的反作用,为青少年的劳动实践打好基础,帮助青少年树立起正确的劳动观,从而促进劳动教育的发展。
Seen from the perspective of Marxism,labor is not only a means to earn a living,but also a need for the promotion of people’s all-round development.However,in daily life,a disdainful attitude toward labor is common,especially among the youth.The youth are the future of the Chinese nation and the successors of the socialist cause.The Party’s educational policy has been emphasizing the all-round development in terms of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,which highlights the importance of labor education.In the new era,it is of great significance to strengthen the education of the youth’s Marxist view of labor and cultivate their proper attitude toward labor.Based on historical materialism and after the expounding of Marxist view of labor,this paper analyzes the contemporary youth’s view of labor and its manifestation,exploring the key points of the cultivation of youth’s outlook on labor to give full play to the unique educational significance of labor.Taking the study of youth’s outlook on labor as a starting point,this paper aims to help them develop proper outlook on labor and lay a good foundation for their labor practice so as to promote the development of labor education.
