摘要 国家首次制定了五类师范生教师职业能力标准,进一步加强师范类专业建设,建立师范生教育教学能力考核制度,提高师范生培养质量,提升师范生教育教学能力水平,促进教育类研究生和公费师范生在教育领域就业,从源头提升教师教书育人能力。本文基于《中等职业教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》,分析了标准制定的主要依据,介绍了标准的框架体系、逻辑结构和主要内容,剖析了五类师范生教师职业能力标准的共性特色和如何体现职业教育特色,旨在帮助理解标准,更好地指导开展中等职业教育专业师范生教师教育教学能力的培养和考核。 For the first time,the state has formulated five types of professional ability standards for normal students,further strengthened the construction of normal majors,established an assessment system for normal students'education and teaching ability,improved the training quality of normal students,improved the level of normal students'education and teaching ability,promoted the employment of educational postgraduates and public funded normal students in the field of education,and improved teachers'teaching and educating ability from the source.Based on the professional competence standards of normal students majoring in secondary vocational education,this paper analyzes the main basis for the formulation of the standards,introduces the framework system,logical structure and main contents of the standards,and analyzes the common characteristics of the five types of teachers'professional competence standards of normal students and how to reflect the characteristics of vocational education,in order to help understand the standards,better guide the cultivation and assessment of teachers'educational and teaching ability of normal students majoring in secondary vocational education.
