师范生教师职业能力标准的文本计量与分析比较 被引量:1

摘要 教育部发布《中学教育专业师范生教师职业能力标准(试行)》等5个师范生教师职业能力标准,对师范生教师职业基本能力提出规范性要求。对上述文件进行文本计量和比较分析发现,5个《标准》篇幅、结构基本一致,高频词相似度较高,三级标题及部分正文内容重复,显示对各专业师范生的总体要求和能力结构要求基本一致。5个《标准》不同的高频词、标题及段落文字,反映了对中学教育、小学教育、学前教育、中等职业教育和特殊教育不同领域师范生教师职业能力的特有要求。《标准》的实施将推动师范类专业建设和师范生培养质量的提高。 The Ministry of Education has issued 5 versions of Professional Competence Standards for Teachers of Normal University Students Majoring in Middle School Education(Trial),which puts forward normative requirements for the basic vocational ability of teachers of normal university students.According to the text measurement and comparative analysis of the above 5 documents,it is found that the length and structure of the five Standards are basically the same;there are similarities of high-frequency words,the three-level titles and part of the text content,which shows that the overall requirements and ability structure requirements for normal university students of different majors are basically the same.The different high-frequency words,titles and paragraphs in five Standards reflect the special requirements for the professional abilities of teachers in different fields of secondary school education,primary school education,preschool education,secondary vocational education and special education.The implementation of the Standards will promote the construction of normal majors and the improvement of the quality of normal university students.
