摘要
“双一流”建设是新时期提高我国高等教育发展水平的重大战略举措,也是农林行业特色型院校的发展机遇。实验技术师资队伍是农林院校“双一流”建设强有力的人才支撑,更是高校实验教学和科研工作的基础和保障。通过对学校近几年来实验技术人员的调查研究,发现实验技术队伍建设严重滞后于“双一流”建设的客观要求,无法充分发挥其支撑力量。因此提高对实验技术队伍重要性的认识,充分考虑如何引人、培养人、用人来调动这支力量,为农林院校特色学科的一流建设做出应有的贡献。
The national“Double First-class”construction is an important strategic decision to develop higher education in China,and it provides development opportunity for colleges,especially those with agricultural and forestry characteristics.As one of the strong support teams for the“Double First-class”construction in agricultural and forestry colleges,the experimental technology team is the foundation and guarantee of experimental teaching and scientific research.However,through the investigation into the laboratory technicians in Central South University of Forestry and Technology in recent years,it can be found that the development of experimental technical team has lagged far behind the objective demands of“Double First-class”construction,so that its potential as an important support is not brought into full play.Therefore,it is necessary to raise the awareness of the importance of experimental technical team,give full consideration to how to organize and mobilize this team to contribute to the characteristic disciplinary development in agricultural and forestry colleges.
