摘要
国家"双一流"建设的重大战略决策对高校实验教学、实验技术提出了更高要求。"双一流"需要一支高素质、一流的实验技术队伍作为支撑。加强高校实验技术队伍建设既是"双一流"建设的客观要求,也是实验技术队伍发展的内在诉求。从一流学科指标体系所涉及的"师资队伍与资源""人才培养质量""科学研究水平""社会服务与学科声誉"4个方面对高校实验技术队伍建设要求入手,对实验技术队伍建设、培养培训体系、科技创新能力以及与区域经济共享、共赢等方面进行了相关探讨。
The major strategic decision of the national"Double first-class"construction has put forward higher requirements for the experimental teaching and experimental technology in colleges and universities and needs a high-quality and first-class experimental technical team as a support.Strengthening the construction of the university experimental technical team is not only the objective requirement of the "Double first-class"construction,but also the intrinsic demand for the development of the experimental technical team.From the four aspects of the"Teachers team and resource","Quality of talent training","Level of scientific research"and"Social service and discipline reputation"which are involved in the first-class discipline index system as the requirements for the construction of the university experimental technical team,the exploration on the teacherconstruction,training system andscientific and technological innovation ability of the experimental technical team,the win-win situation of the regional economy,etc.,is carried out.
